Louis Thibodeaux

EUNICE~It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that the family of Louis Thibodeaux announces his passing on Friday, February 26, 2021 at Opelousas General Hospital with loving family by his side. He was 83. A Celebration of Life will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Monday, March 01, 2021 at Ardoin’s Funeral Home in Eunice. Burial will follow in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery with Deacon Gary Gaudin, officiating.

Louis loved his family dearly and loved spending time with them, especially his grandchildren. He will be  truly  missed by all who knew and loved him. He leaves behind two sons, Jebby Thibodeaux and wife, Ashley of Lafayette and Jamie Thibodeaux and wife, Starli of Mamou; his brother, Wayne Thibodeaux of Eunice; his sister, Alma Boone of Eunice; the three joys of his life, his grandchildren, Jerik, Camri and Braydon “Deucey” Thibodeaux; one great grandchild, Grahm Breaux; as well as extended family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Charleen Fall Thibodeaux; his parents, Cleavance and Hazel Babineaux Thibodeaux and a brother, Kenneth Thibodeaux.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoin’s Funeral Home in Eunice on Sunday, February 28th from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm and again on Monday, March 1st from 8:00 am until time of services. Deacon Gary Gaudin will recite a Rosary at 7:00 pm on Sunday.
