EUNICE~ It is with great sadness that the family of Alice Marie Courville announces her passing on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at Oak Lane Wellness & Rehabilitation Center in Eunice at the age of 83. A Celebration of Life will be celebrated at 2:00 pm on Thursday, July 21, 2016 at Ardoin's Funeral Home Chapel in Eunice. Entombment will follow in the St. Paul Mausoleum with Fr. Henry Broussard officiating.

Alice lives on in all her family, friends, and anyone who had the grace to be touched by her. Everyone who knew her, loved Alice and will be remembered as always being happy. She was a loving sister to Bonnie C. Chapman and husband, Hollis of Baton Rouge and Kathleen C. Segar and husband, Reggie of Eunice; an aunt to five nieces and nephews, Eric Chapman and wife, Janel and Celeste Buffone and husband Paul all of Baton Rouge; Stephanie Landry and husband, Blake of Slidell, Caroline Blossman and husband, Dave of Covington and Chris Segar and wife, Amy of New Orleans; as well as extended family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Sady and Bessie Richard Courville and a nephew, Richard Clay Chapman.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoin's Funeral Home in Eunice on Thursday, July 21st from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm. A Rosary will be prayed at 1:30 pm.
