EUNICE-Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 11, 2006 at St. Anthonys Catholic Church in Eunice, LA. for Mrs. Aline Manuel, 93, with burial following at the Ashfords Cemetery in Duralde, LA.

Father Tom Voorhies will officiate.

Mrs. Manuel, a resident of Eunice, LA., passed away Tuesday, July 10, 2006, at 1:13 a.m. at Acadian Medical Center in Eunice. Mrs Manuel was a homemaker.

Survivors include her son; Bradley Manuel and wife, Belle of Eunice, LA; a daughter, Lou Anna Doucet and husband, Morris of Eunice;8 grandchildren, Randell Manuel and wife, Angie of Eunice; Brend Manuel and wife, Jenny of Opelousas; J.D. Manuel of California; Shannon Manuel of Kansas City, Kansas; Billy Doucet and wife, Missy of Eunice; Debra Fontenot and husband, Blaine of Basile; Ricky Doucet and wife, Cheri of Alexandria; and Pamela Fontenot and husband, Benjy of Eunice; 18 great- grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be at Ardoins Funeral Home in Eunice, Monday, July 10, 2006 from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and again on Tuesday, July 11, 2006, from 8:00 a.m. till time of services. A rosary will be prayed at 7:00 p.m. Monday evening.
