Antoine Roy Guidry

BASILE-It is with heavy hearts that the family of Antoine Roy Guidry announces his passing on Friday, March 20, 2020 at his home at the age of 56. At the family's request, arrangements have not been made at this time.

Antoine, known as Roy, is survived by his mother, Dorothy Guidry of Basile; son, Antoine "Bubba" Bensinger of Eunice; daughters, Jennifer Bensinger of Eunice and Renee Autrey of Thomasville, AL; three brothers, Steven Guidry of Basile, Robert Guidry of Basile, and Ernest Guidry of Eunice; four sisters, Maxine Fontenot of Elton, Genevieve Guidry of Jennings, Deanna Guidry of Duson, and Brenda Guidry of Lafayette; five grandchildren, Brianna Fontenot, Tabitha Istre, Jozie Saircloth, David Saircloth, and Jayden Istre; as well as extended family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his son, Seth Allen Guidry; father, Joseph Roy Guidry; and brother, Willis Guidry.
