EUNICE~It is with the heaviest hearts that the family of Bryan "Scotty" Aymond announces his passing on Monday, January 19, 2015 at the age of 34. A Celebration of Life will be celebrated at 11:00 am on Thursday, January 22, 2015 at Ardoin's Funeral Home Chapel in Eunice with Deacon Chuck Ortego officiating. Burial will be at 2:30 pm at the Louisiana National Cemetery, 303 West Mount Pleasant Road, Zachary, LA 70791.

A proud veteran, Scotty served in the United States Navy serving four years, where he received a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, received first good conduct award ending period 02Aug10, National Defense Service Medal and a Sea Service Deployment Ribbon.

Scotty will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved him especially his father, Mark Aymond and wife, Vickie of Iota; his mother, Angela Fontenot of Mamou; his paternal grandmother , Theresa Aymond of Eunice; a wonderful brother to Christopher Aymond of Destrehan, Travis Aymond of Duralde, Trey Aymond of Iota, Timothy Aymond of Point Blue and Melissa Fontenot of Mamou; as well as extended family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Harry Aymond; maternal grandparents, J.E. and Rose Saucier.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoin's Funeral Home in Eunice on Thursday, January 22nd from 8:00 am until time of services.
