EUNICE-It is with heavy hearts that the family of Clara Fruge announces her passing on Thursday, May 03, 2018 at her home at the age of 94. A Celebration of Life will be celebrated at 1:00 pm on Sunday, May 06, 2018 at Ardoin's Funeral Home Chapel in Eunice. Burial will follow in the St. Paul Mausoleum with Deacon Gary Gaudin officiating.

Clara enjoyed camping with her husband. She was a loving mother, sister, grandmother and friend, and will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her, especially her daughters, Nancy Ryder of Eunice and Diane Fruge of Gainsville, FL; four grandchildren, Jamie Fruge, Byron Fruge, Lance Fruge, and Jacob Ryder; brother, Elroy Miller of Denison, TX; three great granddaughters, Kieran Fruge, Giannie Fruge, and Ariana Fruge; as well as extended family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband, James O. Fruge; son, Deaton Fruge; parents, Etienne and Izora Mier Miller.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoin's Funeral Home in Eunice on Saturday, May 5th from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm and again on Sunday, May 6th from 8:00 am until time of services. Deacon Gary Gaudin will recite a Rosary at 6:00 pm Saturday evening.
