Donald was born on March 24, 1951 in Eunice, Louisiana, where he attended high school, graduating in 1969. He began his career as a Police Officer with Eunice Police Department for 4 years. He was then employed with Haliburton as a Plant Operator for the next fifteen years. When the oil & gas industry went south in 1990, he started a new career as Warehouse Manager with Flexcon.
