EUNICE-Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Monday, February 25, 2008 at Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church in Richard for Edna Miller, 89, with burial following in the Pilgrim Rest Baptist Cemetery with Pastor Orville Rogers officiating.

A Loving Mother, Sister, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, and Friend, Edna is survived by her son, Dr. Theodore Calvin Miller and wife, Sally of Leland, Mississippi; three daughters, Julia Fontenot and husband, Mike of Chataignier, Loretta Young of Crowley, Alfreda Nash and husband, Frank of Colorado Springs, Colorado; a sister, Ida Guidry and husband, Sidney of Eunice; twelve grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Calvin J. Miller, her parents, Thomas and Amelia Miller Long; son-in-law, Gilbert Young.

The family request that visiting hours be observed at Ardoins Funeral Home in Eunice on Sunday, February 24, 2008 from 9:30 am until 10:00 pm and again on Monday, February 25, 2008 from 8:00 am until time of services.
