Edrie Carrier Bollich Moran passed away on Friday, May 16, 2025, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana while in hospice care. She was born September 14, 1940, in Mowata, Louisiana.
She graduated from Eunice High and St. Landry Business College.
She is preceded in death by her parents Alva and Beatrice Carrier and brothers, Milton and Johnny Carrier. She is survived by her husband, Thomas G. Moran and her children Steven Bollich, Kent Bollich and wife Anna, Suzan Bollich and Donna Westwood; grandchildren Lauren Ellisor, Alissa Grassmuck, Brandon Bollich, Katelin LeBleu, Brittany LeBleu and 11 great-grandchildren.
She worked as a church secretary and retired from Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Baton Rouge. She was a longtime member of the Catholic Daughters, a bereavement minister and a Eucharistic Minster. Edrie loved her family, friends and the Lord, not expelling her beloved husband, Tom
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Mowata, Louisiana on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. A Visitation will be held at Resthaven Funeral Home in Baton Rouge, 11817 Jefferson Highway, on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m., with a rosary to be recited at 3:00 p.m., and at Ardoin Funeral Home in Eunice, Louisiana on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Interment will be at St. Lawrence Catholic Church Cemetery.
