Jim Jordan

     Jim Jordan, a skilled welder in the construction industry, left this world on November 2, 2023. He was born on July 2, 1959, in Lafayette and passed away at Eunice Manor at the age of 64.
       Jim loved hunting, cooking and listen to country music, He will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved him especially his daughter, Shannon Jordan of Basile; stepchildren, Melissa, Corina, Robert and Steven; sisters, Joyce Darbonne and husband, Frank of Swords and Cheryl Gobert and husband, Daniel of Elton; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren; the mother of his children, Glenda Jordan of Basile; as well as extended family and dear friends.

    He is preceded in death by his parents, Hillary and Rena Guillory Jordan; his wife, Ruby Jordan; son, Brandon Jordan; brothers, Ray and David Jordan and a sister, Ethel Fiallos.

      At the request of the family, visitation will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2023 at Ardoin’s Funeral Home in Eunice from 9:00 am until 11:00 am with a Rosary being prayed at 10:30 am by Deacon Gary Gaudin. Burial will follow in the Magnolia Cemetery in Ragley.
