EUNICE-It is with heavy hearts that the family of Juanita Vidrine Bazinet announces her passing with loving family by her side at the Oaklane Wellness and Rehabilitation Center. She was 87. A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, October 12, 2015 at Ardoin's Funeral Home Chapel in Eunice. Interment will follow in the Ashford Cemetery with Deacon David Guillory officiating.

Juanita was a former member of the Ladies Altar Society of the Annunciation Catholic Church in Duralde. She enjoyed working in her yard, but most of all she loved being with her family and cooking for them. Juanita was a loving mother, grandmother and friend and will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her especially her daughters, Ellen Medlin and Sandy Fuselier and previous husband, Donald Fuselier, all of Eunice; six grandchildren, Kevin Fuselier, Michelle Fuselier Boutin, Sammy ' Tut ' Medlin, Nikki May, Amber Arnaud, and Ashley Gaspard; and twelve great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Doris Bazinet; parents, Colin and Felecia Bellon Vidrine; three brothers, Valley Vidrine, SR., Enoza Vidrine, and Joe Vidrine; three sisters, Lura Vidrine Willingham, Annie Lee Vidrine Fontenot, and Lena Vidrine Granger; and son-in-law, Sammy Medlin.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoin's Funeral Home in Eunice on Sunday, October 11th from 10:00 am until 10:00 pm and again on Monday, October 12th from 8:00 am until time of services. Deacon David Guillory will lead a Rosary at 6:00 pm Sunday evening.
