EUNICE~ It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the loss of their loved one, Kade Alexander Guidry, on Thursday, October 10, 2019, at the age of 27. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Monday, October 14, 2019 at St. Anthony Catholic Church with Fr. Hampton Davis, Celebrant. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Soileau.
Kade worked in the pipelining industry as an operator. He loved hunting, fishing, and kayaking. He always knew just how to make everyone laugh. Kade is survived by his parents, Kent and Angie Guidry of Oberlin; his sister, Alison Guidry Bergeron and husband, Cameron of Eunice; his nieces, Scarlett and Emma Bergeron, who meant the world to him; and his maternal grandparents, Francis and Jane Dugas of Oberlin.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Curtis and Lorita Guidry; and uncle David Dugas.
At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoin's Funeral Home in Eunice on Sunday, October 13th from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm and again on Monday, October 14th from 8:00 am until time of services. Deacon Gary Gaudin will recite a Rosary at 7:00 pm on Sunday.
