EUNICE~ It is with heavy hearts that the family of Kathleen Courville Bergeron announces her passing on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at her home surrounded by her loved ones at the age of 66. A Celebration of Life will be celebrated at 1:00 pm on Saturday, November 26, 2022, at Ardoin’s Funeral Home Chapel in Eunice with Deacon Gary Gaudin officiating.

Kathleen worked as a local florist for over twenty-five years. She was a loving mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother and will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her including her sons, Christopher Lewis Courville and wife, Brandi of Belleville, IL, Jacob Lance Bergeron and Jessie Mark Bergeron, both of Mamou; brothers, Robert “Bob” Courville and wife, Sharon of Lafayette and Randy Paul Courville of Eunice; three grandchildren and one great grandchild, Leila Robinson and husband, Edward and their child, Juniper of Opelousas, Jada Bergeron of Mamou, and Dawson Bergeron of Sulphur; as well as extended family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Darryl J. Bergeron; parents, Selme’ and Leola Aucoin Courville; and brother, James Russell Courville.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoin’s Funeral Home in Eunice on Saturday, November 26th from 9:30 am until time of services.
