EUNICELeroy Albert Payne, passed away peacefully Thursday, May 6, 2010, at the Eunice Extended Care Hospital at the age of 88. Leroy was born on September 16, 1921. At Leroys request, there will be no public visitation or service.
Leroy was born in Rock Island, Illinois to the late Harry and Olga Payne. He served his country proudly in the United States Army. Leroy was a retired salesman. He loved to play golf in his spare time. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him including a host of nephews and nieces.
