Mary Finch

BASILE~It is with heavy hearts that the family of Mary Finch announces her passing on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at her home at the age of 74. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, November 30, 2020 at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Eunice with Deacon Gary Gaudin officiating.

Mary was a lifelong member and very active in the Women’s Auxiliary. She was also a seamstress in Basile for many years before retiring.  She was a devoted wife, a loving mother, sister, grandmother and friend. Mary will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her, especially her husband of forty-four years, Robert C. Finch of Basile; her sons, Bernardo Maglalang of Basile, Marlon Finch and wife, Dawn of Ohio, and Robert R. Finch and wife, Lorie of Fort Worth, TX; her daughters, Dhelie Maglalang Watanabe, and Lorie Maglalang, both of the Philippines; brothers Willie and Obit Ojeras of the Philippines; sister, Lucia Ojeras of the Philippines; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; as well as extended family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Lucio and Felicidad Esguera Ojeras; a grandson, Boyson Maglalang; and a brother.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Eunice on Monday, November 30th from 10:00 am until time of services.
