Nora Latiolais

EUNICE~It is with the heaviest hearts that the family of Nora "Libby" Latiolais announces her passing on Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at Our Lady of Lourdes in Lafayette at the age of 81. A memorial service to honor the life and memory of Libby will be announced at a later date.

Libby was a Licensed Practical Nurse for 24 years. She had a fiery, strong personality and loved to read and spend time with her family and friends. She was a loving mother, sister, grandmother and friend and will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her especially her children; her son, Ricky Broyles of Eunice; her daughter, Angelique Alford and husband, Julian of Eunice; her two sisters, Joan Wilbanks and Sharon Switcher, both of Corinth, MS; her four grandchildren, Darion Higginbotham, River Alford, Brayden Hollomon and William Crochet; her two great grandchildren, Hunter Myers and Autumn Crochet; as well as extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis G. "Latch" Latiolais; two sons, J.D. "Jamie" Broyles and Bob Weathers; and a granddaughter, McKenzie Poncho.
