BASILE-It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of their beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend, Pamela Johnson Bertrand at her home at the age of 50. A Celebration of Life will be celebrated at Ardoin's Funeral Home in Basile at 1:00pm on Tuesday, November 24, 2015. Burial will follow in the Prairie Rhonde Baptist Cemetery with Father David Hebert officiating.

Pamela will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her especially her husband of 4 years, James Bert Bertrand of Basile; son, Justin M. Lebleu and wife, Kelly of Mamou; daughter, Crystal Bertrand of Eunice; two brothers, Lenise Soileau, Jr. and wife, Liz of Lake Charles, and Bryan Soileau and wife, Denee of Basile; ten grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews and extended family.

She now rests in peace with her second husband, Kermick Johnson; and parents, Lenise and Wilma Boone Soileau.

At the request of the family visitation will be held at Ardoin's Funeral Home in Basile on Monday, November 23rd from 10:00am until 10:00pm, and again on Tuesday, November 24th from 8:00 am until services. Father David Hebert will lead a Rosary at 6:00pm Monday evening.
