BASILE~It is with heavy hearts that the family of Patrick "Pat" Ardoin announces his passing on Tuesday, July 05, 2016 at Acadian Medical Center in Eunice at the age of 51. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 2:00 pm on Thursday, July 07, 2016 at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Basile. Rite of Committal will follow in the St. Augustine Cemetery with Father David Hebert Celebrant.

Patrick known to many as "Pat" loved to hunt and fish. He was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend and will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved him especially his mother, Bursie Savoy and step- father, John Savoy of Basile; his two brothers, Douglas Ardoin and companion, Cynthia Sittig of Duralde and Lester Ardoin and wife, Mary of Woodlawn; niece and nephew, Tarra and Landen Ardoin; as well as extended family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Pam Ardoin; his father, Rodney Paul Ardoin.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoin's Funeral Home in Basile on Thursday, July 7th from 8:30 am until 2:00pm. A Rosary will be recited at 10:00 am Thursday.
