EUNICE-A Memorial Mass will be Celebrated at St. Thomas More Catholic Church on Friday, January 2, 2009 at 1:00 pm for Shawn Christopher Manuel, 26, who passed away on Monday, December 29, 2008. Father Cedric Sonnier will officiate the Services.
A loving son, brother, and grandson, Shawn is survived by his mother, Ronda Thompson of Ville Platte; two brothers, James Rossy Manuel and wife, Erica, and Trey Manuel, all of Ville Platte; one sister, Sarah Nichole Manuel and fianc, Eric Johnson of Eunice; maternal grandmother, Maefine Austin of Eunice; and paternal grandparents, Elton and Beverly Manuel of Ville Platte.
He was preceded in death by his father, Stewart Manuel, and step-father, David Brian Delatte.
