Terry Mae Guillory

EUNICE- It is with heavy hearts that the family of Terry Mae Guillory announces her passing on Sunday, June 29, 2025, at the Acadian Medical Center in Eunice at the age of 67. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, July 5, 2025, at the Ardoin’s Funeral Home Chapel in Eunice.

Terry, born on August 22, 1957, in Eunice, was the beloved daughter of the late Robert and Pasty Smith Guillory. Terry devoted thirty-five years of her life to being a registered nurse, providing care and comfort to countless individuals with her unwavering dedication and kindness. Beyond her professional life, Terry found joy in the simple pleasures that life had to offer. She had a zest for life, and one of her favorite pastimes was visiting the casino, where she delighted in trying her luck with the slot machines. Terry also had a sweet tooth; she was a true chocolate lover, favoring Gold Bricks and Cadbury Eggs, which always brought a smile to her face.

Terry was a devoted mother, sister, and grandmother who will be missed by all who knew and loved her, especially her two daughters, Deidre Johnson and Christopher Thibodeaux of Lafayette, and Amanda Wildblood and husband, Trey Wildblood III of Youngsville; sister, Brenda Savoy of Eunice; grandchildren, Connor Diaz and Ethan Thibodeaux; grand pups, Beaux, Theo, and Tank; as well as extended family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

At the request of the family, a visitation will be held at Ardoin’s Funeral Home in Eunice on Saturday, July 5, 2025, 9:00 am until time of services.
