EUNICE~It is with heavy hearts that the family of Albert Neil Laramore announces his passing on Thursday, June 03, 2021 in the comfort of his home with loving family by his side at the age of 88.  A Celebration of Life will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, June 05, 2021 at Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, TX. Burial will follow in the Jones Prairie Cemetery in Leggett, TX with Pastor Randy Lowe, officiating.

Albert proudly served his country in the United States Army in the Korean Conflict.  He retired after thirty-five years with Tennessee Gas.  He was an avid outdoorsman; his hobbies were hunting and fishing as well as collecting antiques. But most of all he loved his family and loved  spending time with them. He was a devoted husband, father, brother, grandfather, great grandfather and a friend to everyone who knew him. He will be greatly missed by all but especially by his loving wife of sixty- four years, Barbara J.  Pedigo Laramore of Eunice; his children, Sandra McGowan of Eunice,  Ronald Laramore and wife, Angie all of Eunice and Christy Luce and husband, James of Beaumont, TX; brother, Ben Lewis Laramore and wife, Mae of San Angelo, TX; four grandchildren, Neil McGowan and his wife, Holly and Dustin McGowan , Ashley and Colby Laramore; four great grandchildren, Duncan and Adela McGowan, Cayden and Jaxson McGowan; as well as extended family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Avis Lowe Laramore.
