Donald Lafleur

BASILE-It is with heavy hearts that the family of Donald “Donnie Boy” LaFleur announces his passing on Friday, July 05, 2019 at the Basile Care Center at the age of 64. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Monday, July 08, 2019 at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Basile. Entombment will follow in the St. Augustine Mausoleum with Father Brown Celebrant.
Donald, known as Donnie Boy, was always happy. He enjoyed playing with his little cars, his stuffed animals and babies, but most of all he loved his mother, Rose. He will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved him especially his mother, Rose LaFleur of Basile; sisters, Diane Courville and husband, Ronnie of Eunice, and Gail Bazinet and husband, Richard of Elton; as well as nephews, nieces, and extended family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his father, Wilfred LaFleur; and brother, Wayne LaFleur.
At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoin's Funeral Home in Basile on Sunday, July 7th from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm and again on Monday, July 8th from 8:00 am until time of services. A Rosary will be recited by Deacon Robbie Leger at 7:00pm on Sunday.
