Donald Ray "Wolf-E" Pousson

IOTA- It is with heavy hearts that the family of Donald Ray Pousson announces his passing on Tuesday, December 08, 2020 at the Christus St. Francis Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria at the age of 64. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Iota. Rite of Committal will follow in the St. Joseph Cemetery with Father Jude Thierry Celebrant.

Donald, known as ‘Wolf-e’ to all who knew and loved him, had a great love of motorcycles. He loved being Santa Clause at Christmas time and would dress up and ride his motorcycle around town giving candy out to kids. Donald was a small town good guy who succumbed to a short battle with Covid. He will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved him especially his wife of forty-five years, Phyllis Pousson of Iota; sons, Jason Ray Pousson and wife, Andrea of Eunice, and Harley Ryan Pousson of Iota; brother, Richard Pousson of Iota; sisters, Patricia Webb and husband, Clyde of Abbeville, and Lynn Quibodeaux of Jennings; his new grandson, Elijah Mauricio Pousson; his special little buddy, Dax Wade Guidry;  his princess from Texas, Kayelynn; as well as extended family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Roland and Ethel Quibodeaux Pousson; and grandson, Caleb Ray Pousson.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 15th from 9:00 am until time of services.
