EUNICE~It is with heavy hearts that the children of Harold J. Hebert announces his passing on Thursday, June 25, 2020 at the age of 62. A Celebration of Life will be celebrated at 11:00 am on Sunday, June 28, 2020 at Ardoin’s Funeral Home in Eunice. Private graveside service will be held at St. Augustine Mausoleum in Basile at a later date with Deacon Gary Gaudin officiating.

Harold was retired from the oilfield as a Lead Production Operator. In his younger years he worked on the family farm; always helping and fixing. He was an avid pool player and was a member of the APA. Harold also loved to fish and hunt doves but most of all he was a loving father, brother, grandfather and all-around friend to everyone who knew him. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him, especially his two children the loves of his life, his son, Brock Hebert and wife, Brook, and his daughter, Kristi Carter and husband, Ian all of Eunice; his five brothers, Gregory Hebert of Tepetate, James Hebert of Basile, Charles Hebert of Lake Charles, Billy Hebert of Iowa, and David Lynn Hebert of Iota; his two sisters, Catherine Deville of Gillis and Pam Pelsia of Iota; six grandchildren, Michael James, Jacob, and Joshua Queflander, and Jasmine, Daniel, and Ava Carter; the mother of his children, Sharon Hebert of Eunice; as well as extended family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Elroy and Attie Fruge Hebert; brothers, Steve and Patrick Hebert; and sister, Faye Hebert.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoin’s Funeral Home in Eunice on Saturday, June 27th from 9:00 am until 6:00pm, and again on Sunday, June 28th from 8:00 am until time of services.
