Isabel Coker

Eunice~ On Thursday, August 26, 2021, Isabel Coker, wife, mother, sister and friend passed away at The Carpenter House in Lafayette. She was 65. A Celebration of Isabell’ life will be held at 2:30 pm on Tuesday, August 31, 2021, at Ardoin’s Funeral Home in Eunice. Burial will follow in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery with Deacon Chuck Ortego officiating.

Isabel loved collecting many things especially dolls. She also loved cooking for her family and friends. She will be forever remembered by her husband, Keith Coker of Lafayette, two sons, Jimmy Coker of Lake Charles and Nickolas Zackariah of Corpus Christi, TX: her eleven siblings, Lidia Mendez of Ralls, TX, Olga Hernandez, Michael Diaz, Ismael Diaz, Robert Diaz all of Lubbock, TX and Eddie Diaz and Jerry Diaz of Ralls, TX, Mary Jane Garcia of Idalou, TX, Mary Ann Diaz of Ralls, TX, Isaac Diaz of Levelland, TX and Crystal Solazar of Ralls, TX. Isabel will also be forever remembered by her numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and dear friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Andrew and Francis Barrera Diaz and brother, Jessie Diaz.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoin’s Funeral Home in Eunice on Tuesday, August 31st from 9:30 am until 2:30 pm . Deacon Chuck Ortego will recite a Rosary at 2:00 pm on Tuesday.
