Janelle Guillory

EUNICE~In loving memory, the family announces the passing of Janelle Belfour Guillory, our loving and devoted mother, grandmother, sister and friend to all whose lives she touched, on January 01, 2020 at the American Legion Hospital. She was in her 92nd year. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00 pm on Friday, January 03, 2020 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Eunice. Interment will follow in the St. Paul Cemetery.

Janelle worked as a teller in the banking industry for many years. She was a loving mother who will be deeply missed by her three children, Belinda Geldmacher of Sulphur, Mitchell Guillory and wife, Lynell of Eunice and O'Sanna Vidrine and husband, Terry  of Eunice; her twin brother and sister, Leander Belfour and wife, Diana and Leanna Belfour all of Eunice. She dearly loved her seven grandchildren, Elaine "Mili" DeRosier and husband, Jimmy; David Geldmacher and wife, Susanne, John-Eric Guillory and wife, Alyssa, Laura Guillory, Wesley Guillory, Sunny Vidrine and husband, Dan Bollinger and Brent Vidrine and wife, Melissa; her eight great grandchildren, Ava and Max Geldmacher,  Hannah DeRosier, William and Amelia Guillory, Devin and Ayla Vidrine and Harrison Bollinger. She also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss her. We will miss her every day.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Huey J. Guillory; her father, Willie Belfour; her mother, Melia Molitor Belfour Guillory; brothers, Lloyd and Perry Belfour.

At the request of the family visitation will be held at Ardoin's Funeral Home in Eunice on Thursday, January 2nd from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm and again on Friday, January 3rd from 7:30 am until time of services. Deacon Gary Gaudin will recite a Rosary at 7:00 pm on Thursday.
