Leon Deason

BASILE~ With great sadness and heavy hearts the family of Leon “Boo” Deason announces his passing on Friday, April 08, 2022, at Basile Care Center with his loving family by his side. He was 66. Inurnment will be at St. Paul Cemetery in Elton.

Leon was born in Lafayette on January 05, 1956, to Woodrow and Azalee Breaux Deason. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him especially his sister and brother-in-law, Lillian D. Sonnier and husband, Michael of Basile as well as extended family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, William Deason and Woodrow Deason, Jr.
