Raymond known to many as “Carter” was an Agriculture Specialist with the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry. He farmed for twenty plus years. Education was so important to him. He could fix anything and he helped anyone as well as giving his advice. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, reading and especially time spent with his beloved family. He will be missed dearly by everyone and his memory will live on in all who knew and loved him.
